Annual Training Plan (ATP) produced on Training Peaks, if the athlete is doing multiple races

Often carried out at Eccleston Delph Watersports Centre, but other venues can be used locally if sourced by the client and it's a safe environment

In the current age of technology and with so many training manuals and plans available, many triathletes are self coached.
If you don't want to employ the services of a coach and if you aren't part of a triathlon club I am able to meet up with you and go through any training plans that you've written for yourself and will offer advice and guidance on how to get the most out of them, whether the structure needs tweaking and whether they're going to be suitable for you. This will allow you to "self coach" going forwards with the confidence that your plan is suitable.
